Resolutions
Adopted at the Otter Tail County Convention

3. The Minnesota DFL supports the right to privacy in all areas of life, including but not limited to, personal healthcare decisions, digital communications and information, and freedom from unwarranted government surveillance.
4. The DFL supports passing the MN Equal Rights Amendment.
6. The DFL opposes inhumane policies and procedures of immigration enforcement.
12. The DFL supports all citizens and non-citizens in the U.S. to be afforded due process, following the rule of law in immigration enforcement operations.
13. All Minnesota voting records are maintained as private property of the state of Minnesota.
14. The DFL supports all relevant state agencies to establish clear statewide policies, protocols, and legal guidance affirming that Minnesota has the authority to arrest federal agents who commit crimes in the state of Minnesota.
16. We support fair competition and a halt to further corporate consolidation and monopoly control of the media, tech industry, farm and food system, medical system, agricultural implements and all sectors of our economy through strong enforcement of federal and state antitrust laws; and by passing the Fair Competition Act to strengthen Minnesota's price discrimination laws.
21. The DFL supports legislation requiring all proposed Data Centers be required to submit to a full Environmental Review before receiving any state or municipal permits in the state of Minnesota.
29. The DFL opposes nationalized elections. MN preserves state control of elections without interference from federal government.
37. I.C.E. agents are accountable, without exception, to all state and federal laws.
38. The MN DFL support law that I.C.E. agents be identifiable by face and name and no masks or unmarked government vehicles.
42. The DFL supports a full investigation by local and state authorities of the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, demanding the highest standards of transparency and justice.
49. The DFL seeks that Supreme Court Justices shall be prohibited from accepting gifts.
54. The MN DFL supports repealing Citizens United
64. The DFL supports a ban on sulfide-ore copper mining on lands in the watershed of the Boundary Waters.
74. The Governor, Attorney General, Legislature, and all relevant state agencies establish clear statewide policies, protocols, and legal guidance affirming that Minnesota has the authority to arrest federal agents who commit crimes within the state.
78. The DFL supports the passage of the Social Security Expansion Act (SSEA) to make Social Security solvent, fair, and equitable to the next 75+ years.
82. The State of Minnesota create and allocate funding to provide in-home services for veterans who meet MnChoices eligibility standards for in-home care for elderly and disabled individuals who exceed income limits for Medical Assistance.
